<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!-- sitemap.xml — showclear.app (added 2026-08-22).

     One URL, because the app is one URL: the porch and the entire signed-in
     app share public/index.html, and every other path is an API or a
     redirect. A one-entry sitemap still earns its keep — it is what makes
     `lastmod` legible to a crawler and it is what robots.txt points at.

     `lastmod` is HAND-MAINTAINED and therefore WILL go stale. Move it when
     the porch COPY changes, not on every deploy: a lastmod that updates
     daily on an unchanged page is a known trust-signal killer, and crawlers
     discount the field entirely once they catch it lying. If this ever needs
     to be automatic, generate it from the mtime of public/index.html in
     asset-stamp.js — the machinery for serving a computed file is already
     there. Until then: this date and the porch's "claims checked" date in
     #porch-foot are the two hand-kept dates on the site. -->
